- Initial Set up of Vacation Rental, post deep clean.. $85/hour (printed materials, furnishings, linens, kitchen/bath supplies invoiced separately)
- Property turnover, post deep clean..$75/hour (includes welcome note)
- Amenities (beer/wine/cider/flowers/special occasion) invoiced separately
